Business aviation spring feature showcase
We’ve launched some enhancements to upgrade how your team plans and manages flights. These new features help streamline critical processes while reinforcing safety standards, giving your team more capabilities without adding complexity.

High-fidelity custom airports
ForeFlight's custom airports feature empowers dispatch users to create and manage personalized airport entries with official-quality detail, improving route planning in areas with limited coverage through a user-friendly web interface that streamlines the entire process from setup to publishing and updates.
This functionality integrates user-generated content directly into the core navigation dataset, allowing flight planners to expand operations into remote locations not covered by standard databases. It transforms them from passive consumers of navigation data into active contributors who can customize the platform for their specific operational needs while maintaining high safety standards.
Accessible in the latest ForeFlight Mobile release and set to debut in the upcoming ForeFlight Dispatch—coming this week.
Unread NOTAMs
Easily identify critical notices affecting a flight with Unread NOTAMs. A red notification circle in the Flights list signifies new unread NOTAMs since the planner's last visit. Additionally, a banner at the top of the Briefing NOTAMs window displays the exact count of unread notices—mark NOTAMs as read with a single tap on the checkmark button.
A settings field lets you control when the notification appears on the Flights list to tailor these alerts to your operation. To access this setting, navigate to Settings > Flight List > Unread NOTAMs Warning. Here, you can set notifications to show within your preferred timeframe before departure (the default is 24 hours) or disable them entirely by selecting 0 hours.

NOTAMs in ARTCC/FIR
Understanding NOTAMs (Notices to Airmen) related to Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCC) and Flight Information Regions (FIR) is crucial for ensuring flight safety and operational efficiency. These important notices, found in the additional details section for each respective ARTCC or FIR area in ForeFlight Mobile, provide pilots with time-sensitive information about potential hazards, airspace changes, and operational considerations. By reviewing these NOTAMs before departure, pilots gain valuable insights that support informed aeronautical decision-making. This vital information equips pilots to navigate complex airspace safely while ensuring regulatory compliance.
To access NOTAMs for ARTCCs and FIRs, you can review airport information or check the additional details section when looking at airspace along your flight route. To view these notices, tap on the Map, select the "Details" of the ARTCC/FIR facility, and then look for "NOTAMs" under additional details.
Available in the next ForeFlight Mobile app update.
Fleet View
Fleet View provides administrators with an intuitive dashboard that displays all associated aircraft, complete with key metrics such as subscription status, performance profiles, and filing codes. This tool allows for real-time monitoring of entire fleets, making it easy to identify operational issues and opportunities for optimization as they arise.
Available exclusively to group account holders, Fleet View promotes effective collaboration by offering appropriate visibility while ensuring centralized administrative control. By simplifying complex fleet management, Fleet View enhances decision-making capabilities and reduces the administrative burden of managing multiple aircraft.

Flight Data Analysis Dashboard
The FDA dashboard has been enhanced with an upgraded chart designed to provide users with clearer, more actionable insights into exceedance trends. This new visualization offers a cleaner, more intuitive display that helps users quickly identify patterns and anomalies over time.
Key improvements include the addition of a linear trend line to highlight directional changes in behavior and rate indicators that offer both absolute counts and percentage-based views. Users can now select from a range of configurable time intervals — including annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily views — making it easier to zoom in on specific periods or observe broader trends. Hover functionality has also been improved, allowing users to access more granular data by simply moving their cursor over an area of interest. This on-demand detail view helps facilitate faster, more informed decision-making.
Whether monitoring for compliance or identifying emerging issues, the chart equips users with a powerful, interactive tool to analyze exceedance activity with greater precision and clarity.
Even more tools at your fingertips
Airport Tab on Web
Airports have a dedicated menu option, allowing planners to search for specific airports and view a list of their 25 most recently viewed airports. This makes it easier to quickly reference information for frequent destinations.
Planner Notes
Planners can set an Operational Rule that automatically adds a free text Company Note to a flight based on specific flight parameters.
ReFuelEU Dashboard
A dedicated fuel burn dashboard designed to assist operators in tracking and exporting fuel usage data for compliance with the ReFuelEU initiative. Easily export flight details and aircraft-level summaries to CSV for streamlined regulatory reporting.
Validating Saved Routes
Validate saved routes against current and upcoming AIRAC cycles to ensure your flight plans have only valid waypoints. Preventing flight plan rejections due to outdated navigation data, saving the need for time-consuming refiling.
Navlog Notes on Flights
Easily add notes to the Navlog during flight planning, enabling dispatchers to share important information with crew members.
